Talked with Casey, I think. I had to make a last minute address change and she was really friendly and accommodating. My mom sent a pic of her birthday flowers and they looked great!
My mom loved them. However when I called to see if the flowers were dropped off she said all the orders were already taken and dropped off. So I assumed they were left on her doorstep because I knew she wasn’t home. So that wasn’t true. I texted at 12:30 and my mom said they just had just dropped them off. So next time I would like a confirmation of when they deliver their flowers or their policy.
